We would like to inform you about an upcoming study day organised by EPOB, the new association of private investigators, taking place on March 4.

We are thrilled to celebrate the successful completion of the Masterclass Fraud Auditing, a rigorous Post-Master executive programme designed to equip future leaders in fraud auditing with advanced skills in fraud risk management, investigation, prevention, interviewing techniques, cybercrime and more.

AB InBev is currently looking for a Compliance & Investigation Manager to join its European organisation. This is a high-impact, senior role at the intersection of ethics, law, investigations, and strategic compliance leadership.

De federale Ombudsman is een onafhankelijke instelling die klachten onderzoekt van burgers over de federale administratieve overheden en via dialoog naar oplossingen zoekt. Hij poogt individuele probleemgevallen op te lossen, voert onafhankelijk onderzoek naar de werking van de federale overheidsdiensten en waakt over de rechten van de burgers. Zijn aanbevelingen zijn bedoeld om de administratieve praktijk en de wetgeving te verbeteren.

Als Forensic Auditor behandelt u meldingen van inbreuken op de wetgeving in de privésector en integriteitsschendingeninbreuken binnen de federale overheid, evenals beschermingsdossiers. U werkt in teamverband, onder leiding van een auditeur-coördinator en het gezag van de federale ombudsmannen.

Verzekeringsfraude bestaat in verschillende vormen en kent een wijdverbreide toepassing. Dhr. Davy BORYSIEWICZ heeft als Expert-investigator bij AXA een jarenlange ervaring in het onderzoek en het verder juridisch begeleiden van verschillende fraude typologieën.  De bedoeling is om zowel kennis te maken met deze vormen fraude evenals ondervindingen uit te wisselen.

Dit seminatie zal doorgaan in het Nederlands en kan in persoon gevolgd worden bij het IBR in Brussel (naast het station Brussel-Noord) van 14u tot 17u.

Na de sessie zullen de handouts gedeeld worden met alle deelnemers.
