HRZKMO / CSIPME has been contacted by the SME Directorate-General of the FPS Economy as part of the Phase 4 evaluation of Belgium by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), a project led by the FPS Justice.
They are looking for exporting small or medium-sized businesses with robust internal procedures to prevent bribery in their export-related business transactions who would agree to take part in the panel on Thursday 19 September listed in the attached programme.
The OECD is particularly interested in the views of Belgian small and medium-sized businesses on the subject of international bribery.
We would be grateful if you could forward the contact details of the small or medium-sized businesses identified to info[at]ifabelgium.be before August 27, 2024 at the latest so we can inform the HRZKMO / CSIPME.

This year for the first time, the Institute of Fraud Auditors (IFA Belgium) is awarding a thesis prize.
Graduate students who wrote a final thesis on the topic of fraud and/or fraud prevention are cordially invited to compete for this award.
The IFA seeks to establish a thesis award to:
- raise awareness of the profession and non-police research;
- highlight integrity violations and breaches within organizations;
- study fraud prevention and fraud risk detection within organizations; and
- highlight good practices on sanctioning and remediation.
The winning thesis will be awarded with a free participation Masterclass Fraud Auditing (MCFA), a Post-Master Executive Program, to obtain the skills ans knowledge required to become an effective fraud auditor.
