IFA Belgium and ACFE have joined forces for a roundtable on the Private Investigation Act. Many IFA and ACFE members fall within the scope of the Private Investigation Act (Act of 18 May 2024). The WPO imposes some rigid principles but creates also a lot of ambiguities and uncertainties for private investigators. During the roundtable we will exchange knowledge and experience on the application of the WPO and help each other to translate the law into good practices. Experts will introduce some topics (WPO and GDPR, respecting time schedules…). There is also room for themes introduced by the participants.
