AB InBev is currently looking for a Compliance & Investigation Manager to join its European organisation. This is a high-impact, senior role at the intersection of ethics, law, investigations, and strategic compliance leadership.

As Compliance & Investigation Manager, you will act as a true guardian of integrity across Belgium and the wider Europe Zone. You will lead internal investigations under Belgian law, including the Private Investigations Act, while also driving Europe-wide compliance and antitrust initiatives.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage internal investigations across Europe (interviews, document review, reporting, remediation follow-up) in compliance with Belgian and EU legal frameworks
- Ensure adherence to the Belgian Private Investigations Act and European whistleblower legislation
- Drive and continuously improve the Europe Zone antitrust compliance programme
- Design and roll out impactful ethics & compliance campaigns
- Harmonise compliance processes, manage dashboards, audits, training and policy implementation
- Oversee conflict-of-interest reviews, gifts and donations processes
- Mentor junior colleagues and support Legal and People teams across countries
- Manage investigation budgets and coordinate with external service providers
- Promote collaboration across Legal, Compliance, Security and HR functions
Candidate Profile
AB InBev is looking for professionals who bring both expertise and mindset.
You ideally have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Compliance, Criminology, HR or related field
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit or investigations (preferably in an international context)
- Strong knowledge of the Belgian Private Investigations Act, employment law and data protection
- Familiarity with EU whistleblower frameworks, antitrust and compliance risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills in complex organisations
- Strong analytical judgement and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English, Dutch and French
